Urban Hotel Kyoto

The rooms were clean, quiet and equipped with all the facilities I needed. Excellent housekeeping rota - room cleaned once every 3 days but bins emptied and towels changed daily. The washing machine, driers and vending machines on two floors were very useful for my week long stay. A good restaurant on site too that is reasonably priced - an evening meal with alcoholic drink for about Y1600. The staff were impeccably polite and respectful. Good location 10-15 mins walk to Inari. There are two train stations on different lines within easy walking distance that take you to most places between them. The metro is a bit further but still very walkable in around 15-20mins.

great location, only a 10 minute walk to Inari station which allows you to get into city centre in five minutes on JR line (covered by JR Pass). 10 minute walk to Fushimi Inari shrine was great too

It was easy to access and the place was well maintained. The staff were polite. I enjoyed my stay there.

All the equipement needed, proximity with station and shrine. Every amenities, the room was clean and the staff friendly.
