Breakfast was nice. Location wasn't bad, as places to visit in Kyoto are spaced out and you have to use transports a lot anyway. There are 2 stations nearby , one 10 min walk away and one 15 min walk away. There are also bus stops very close to the hotel. It was actually nice to feel like 'living' in a more local area. It was quiet. We asked reception to send our suitcases to Osaka when we left and that went super smoothly. For us there was no issue with the AC as was mentioned in previous comments. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Multiple corner shops at walking distance.

There are laundromats in the hotel, the shower has very good water pressure, alot of costumary products like pijama, face wash, toothbrush (pretty nice one too), shaving razors, tea packets, coffee packets and more. In the hotel theres also an electric kettle and hair drier. The rooms are really nice looking and the ac was very very powerful. Pretty good location too.

We picked this hotel for it's proximity to Fushimi Inari Shrine and it was great. It's close to both the subway (1.2km/ 20 min walk) and the train line.. Check in was smooth, amenities are right by the elevators and a fairly comfy room. Across the street from Family Mart for snacking.

The rooms were clean, quiet and equipped with all the facilities I needed. Excellent housekeeping rota - room cleaned once every 3 days but bins emptied and towels changed daily. The washing machine, driers and vending machines on two floors were very useful for my week long stay. A good restaurant on site too that is reasonably priced - an evening meal with alcoholic drink for about Y1600. The staff were impeccably polite and respectful. Good location 10-15 mins walk to Inari. There are two train stations on different lines within easy walking distance that take you to most places between them. The metro is a bit further but still very walkable in around 15-20mins.

I like the property because its walking distance to fushimi inari and we are able to go there early.. about 12-15mins walk i think.. we arrive there before the area becomes crowded.. plus it is also walking distance to station.

The place is near the Inari shrine and the Nara-line trains. Lots of different food places around. Clean, good value for money.

The hospitality by the stuff was awesome. Also the working space at the receptionist was also great. The place is near the station and the attraction site, it was really great for me to move around.

The breakfast is good enough, not many dishes to choose but it can fullfill so its fine. The location is better than my expect, they really close with the train station, and some good restaurants

Came to this hotel on our first ever trip in 2012 and although it has had some much needed renovations, the hotel is still as welcoming as it ever was and well situated for trips in and around Kyoto. We love all the restaurants in the local area and how close it is to the beautiful Fushimi Inari Taisha shrine.

Location from the closest was great and not far from the Fushimi Inari Tanisha, which is especially great if you want to visit at night or early morning to avoid the crowds. Overall area was pretty quiet and the was a retro game shop across the street.
